Hi, I’m Roxy Parkins the Principal of Little Voices Hertfordshire West, and together with our Vice Principal, Jo-Anne Wright, I’m delighted to be bringing our fun and inspirational singing & drama classes to the children & young people of West Hertfordshire!

We’ve taught thousands of children over the years, and we continue to welcome children of all ages to train in the arts with us at our centre in Kings Langley near Hemel Hempstead and Leverstock Green!

Children make friends for life at Little Voices, and it is our greatest pleasure to teach singing and drama, while watching every child who attends our classes grow in confidence over the weeks.

We have a fabulous team of tutors, each of whom takes great pride not only in teaching children how to sing and act, but in helping them develop crucial life skills that they’ll use daily as they grow up – and indeed, throughout their adult lives.

Alongside Jo, who is one of our drama tutors here at Little Voices Hertfordshire West, is Shelby McGuire who is currently training in the Performing Arts at College and acts as our brilliant assistant in our lessons. I teach all the singing sessions.

Singing and drama lessons have lots of benefits, and we love seeing the children beaming with happiness every week as they bounce out of their Little Voices lessons, even after a long day at school!

All our pupils take LAMDA examinations at least once a year and we boast a 100% pass rate in all examinations since we started teaching in 2007.

As well as being your main point of contact at Little Voices Hertfordshire West, Jo is a real ray of sunshine who will support you and your child throughout your Little Voices journey. You’ll meet her at your free trial lesson – just come and join us!

My daughter has attended Little Voices in Kings Langley for about three years now and she absolutely loves it! The lessons are not only fun but they have taught her so much. The small groups and fab teachers mean that she gets so much from each session which definitely makes a difference when it comes to the LAMDA exams. If you are looking for a performing arts class for your child, look no further than Little Voices!

Love the confidence Little Voices has given our daughter. Very professional and it's great that they are examined on a regular basis.

My son has been going to Little Voices since Easter and he absolutely loves it! The staff are really encouraging, passionate and enthusiastic and really help raise the confidence of all the students. The class sizes are small, so each child gets plenty of attention, my son also loves all the little extra treats they include with the membership! Great for any budding stars! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

As someone who was very nervous and found it hard to believe in herself I have definitely gained my confidence and believe in myself so much more as the tutors at little voices are very friendly and made me feel very welcome6 years ago and I’m still there, 4years as a student and now I have the courage to share my experience with all the new little voices and I absolutely love it ✨ each of them have there own personality and they really do shine in there own little way 🌟

My daughter has been going to Little Voices since she turned 4 and is now 8 1/2 and still loves every single Little Voices lesson (even the virtual ones through lockdowns!). She has made lots of lovely friends over the years, and you couldn’t get a nicer, kinder and more caring bunch of teachers - she literally bounds out of every lesson beaming and talking non stop about the fun she’s had!
