What is a Theatre Week?
Does your child love to perform, do they sing and dance around the house?
Would they also like to learn key performance skills, have lots of fun and make new friends?
Over the course of a fun-packed 4 day week, your child will help create & take part in a dazzling production they’ll be proud of. Your child will learn songs & dance routines, learn to read a script and memorise lines, help create costumes, props and setting, then feel the buzz of putting on the show in front of an audience on the final day.
Who can attend?
Little Voices Theatre Weeks are open to ALL children aged 6-16 years of age (not just Little Voices pupils!)
Cost
£139 early bird price (until 1.5.24) then £149 full price (after 1.5.24). LV pupils also able to use discount vouchers received in report packs!
Bugsy Malone
Bugsy Malone is a slapstick musical comedy set in a fictitious city populated only by children, where two half-witted street gangs are rivals! Bugsy Malone, a one-time boxer, is persuaded to take control of Fat Sam’s gang, but all he really wants to do is spend time with his friend Blousey Brown who is a singer at Fat Sam’s ‘Speakeasy’. Bugsy’s rivals, Dandy Dan and his gang, have acquired “splurge”(think whipped cream!) and so have the upperhand!
This musical comedy has a heartwarming final message when the feuding gangs realise that they can all be friends!
