  • I hereby grant consent for a Little Voices trained first aider to administer first aid for my child.
  • Once enrolled, I give permission for the above named child to attend Little Voices for the sessions so that the examination is able to be completed. Little Voices tuition fees must be paid on the set dates. There will be a 10% charge for late payment. I understand that I must give 1 month’s notice if I wish for my child to leave.
  • Once enrolled, I wish to be the first contact for all Little Voices contact including fees.
  • Little Voices would like to keep you informed as a parent of all courses provided ONLY by Little Voices or opportunities that arise for your child that may be appropriate for example auditions for performances in the local area.   • I understand that submission of an application form and a subsequent attendance at an introductory lesson/s is not a guarantee that Little Voices has a group available for my child to enrol and attend weekly lessons.
  • I understand that I may be required to give more information to support my application and enrolment – this includes but not exhaustive of proof of previous examinations or supplementary information.
  • I understand that missed lessons are non-refundable and all fees are non-refundable.
  • I agree to read the code of conduct and agree to maintain the code of conduct and all Little Voices terms and conditions during both the introductory period and as an enrolled pupil/parent.

• Keeping Your Child Safe

  Following advice from DfE and the HSE we have worked hard to adapt our lessons to meet the latest Government guidelines and we continue to closely monitor any updates.
  We are confident that the new measures we have put in place will ensure that we can continue to deliver our amazing performing arts education whilst adhering to Government guidelines and those set by the Children’s Activities Association. Some of our plans will no doubt change as this guidance evolves, ensuring that we are doing all we can to keep everyone safe whilst offering an outstanding service to all parents and children.
  Below are some of the measures we’ve put in place to keep your child safe.

  • 2 metre social distancing must be adhered to at all times including at pick up and drop off
  • If tutors, pupils, parents or family members have any symptoms Little Voices have the right to refuse entry. Government guidance must be followed and you must stay at home, isolate and book a test.
  • If we have to cancel lessons due to Covid-19 then we will continue our lessons virtually. No refunds will be given
  • Pupils must santise their hands on arrival and exit
  • We promote the "catch it. kill it and bin it" approach and ask that all pupils cough or sneeze into a tissue then immediately put it into the bin then proceed to wash their hands
  • Little Voices will sanitise hot spots and surfaces before, during and after lessons to ensure cleanliness.

• Privacy

  All personal details are given by a parent/guardian on behalf of a child and are stored in line with our data protection and GDPR policies and procedures.

  All policies and procedures in full are available upon request.

  All information given is only used within the Little Voices organisation to provide introductory lessons and weekly lessons to those enrolled and are passed on to LAMDA to enter a pupil as a candidate for an examination. Information is not shared with any other outside party.

  We will only use your email address to send newsletters and inform you of important news related to Little Voices

  Data is stored securely and we store data until a child is 18 years old (unless they are in their final year as a Little Voices pupil – then the data is stored until completion of graduation) or you request that your data is no longer held by Little Voices
