By completing this form you are acknowledging that you have read and understood all of the measures Little Voices are taking to ensure a Little Voices Camp environment is COVID secure and safe for your child.

Following advice from DfE, we’ve worked hard to adapt our camps to meet the latest Government guidelines and we continue to closely monitor any updates. Some of our plans will no doubt change as this guidance evolves, ensuring that we are doing all we can to keep everyone safe whilst offering an outstanding service to all parents and children. Below are some of the measures we’ve put in place to keep your child safe. We kindly ask if you can please complete the form below to acknowledge that you have read and understood the measures that we will be putting in place. Feel free to contact your Principal if you wish to see our COVID 19 Risk Assessment or have any further questions.
I understand that all Little Voices tutors are fully enhanced DBS checked and hold Level 3 First Aid Paediatric. They have also, all taken part in an 'Infection Control for Children's Activity Providers course’

I understand that the drop off time is from 9am and the pick up time will start from 3.20pm every day. The principal may ask people to arrive earlier than the start time to help with a staggered drop off. You will be informed about any changes like this before the camp starts.

I understand that groups will be capped at a maximum of 15 children. The groups will not mix with any other children on site and will be kept in these bubbles throughout the week.

I understand drop off and pick ups will take place outside the main entrance to the venue for a 2metre apart socially distanced face-to-face handover without the need for parents or guardians to sign anything or enter the venue or building.

To reduce contact when dropping off and picking up we ask if this can be limited to one parent or carer

Parents and carers are asked to not gather at entrance gates or doors and are encouraged to leave swiftly after dropping their child off to help keep the sign in safe and swift.

We encourage parents and carers to avoid using public transport to get to our camps ideally walk, cycle or use a private vehicle

Little Voices will be filming the final performance day therefore Little Voices will require videography and photography consent for this.

Videos of the final performance day will be professionally filmed by our videographer and put together as a video showreel. Once edited, they will be emailed out to parents after the camp.

Children will be positioned at the required 2 metre social distance from others throughout the daily workshops and our tutors will be endeavour to maintain a 2 metre distance from students

We will be outdoors a lot more and will adjust every activity to meet the latest guidance. We ask children wear suitable clothing for this.

Protective gloves and face masks/face shields will be available to our tutors if required. All staff will wear gloves and masks when administering first aid.

All costumes and props will have been quarantined and cleaned prior to use and will only be used on the final day of the camp and will not be shared between pupils.

Anyone displaying Coronavirus symptoms will be sent home and asked not to come to a camp until they have met the latest government self-isolation or testing requirements.

Stopping the spread - if tutors, pupils, parents or family members have any symptoms then we will be asking them to stay at home until they have met the latest government self-isolation and testing requirements

If a child comes down with COVID symptoms and cannot attend our camp we will offer a full refund or will refund for the days they can no longer attend

If not related to COVID 19, our standard 14 day cancellation policy stands. Refunds will not be given unless the principal is given 14 days notice prior to a camp start date

If a child sent home or a tutor who has show symptoms tests negative, they can return to the setting and the fellow household members can end their self-isolation

If a child or staff member tests negative but is unwell, they should not return to that setting until they are recovered.

Where a child or staff member tests positive, NHS Test and Trace will speak directly to those they have been in contact with to offer advice. This advice may be that the rest of their group within the setting should be sent home and advised to self-isolate for 14 days.
